Ore-Ida Tater Tots

Cheesy & Spicy Tochos Recipe
Time: 20 minutes
1/4 bag of Ore-Ida Tater Tots (Extra Crispy)
1/4 cup of Medium Salsa
1/2 cup Extra Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 slices American Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
Pan fry Ore-Ida Tater Tots in a medium fry pan after vegetable oil has heated up. Roll them over occasionally to cook evenly all over. Remove and allow excess oil to be soaked up on a plate with paper towels. Then plate and add 1/2 cup Extra Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese and cut up pieces of of the 3 slices of American Cheese. Microwave until melted. Shake 1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese all over the plate then add the 1/4 cup of Medium Salsa to the center of the Tochos. Voila, a simple easy snack made with 100% potatoes that have 0% trans fat and gluten free! This was a very easy recipe and my 8 year old daughter and her friend loved it as a snack!
